Hooaaah! My name is Ali Quiroz and I was born and raised in Houston, Tx. I spent six years total (two years deployed) with the Army, traveled the world, learned good life lessons and have been applying the same military discipline & values instilled in me since. I plan on applying similar operational standards within my company and believe honesty is always the best policy. 

 

How KRI got started: I bought my first house in 2004 and did not pay too much attention to the condition of the property and found myself literally rebuilding the home from the inside out. It was a great experience and I learned a lot about how homes are structured, built and designed & wanted to help people by becoming a Professional Real Estate Inspector to inform individuals so they would not make the same error I did. I aim not only to conduct a service but establish a professional relationship built on trust to further expand KRI. 

 

Company Fun Fact: Growing up, people have always had trouble pronouncing my last name and one day I met a professor with the same last name. He came up with a pronunciation method that I have used since, hence Key-Rose (Qui-roz) was born.
